We are seeking a highly motivated results-oriented telemarketer for our growing business in our Vancouver and Seattle market. We are the exclusive provider of the patented all-in-one gutter system “Gutter Shutter”.

What You’ll Do:

You will generate sales either by calling potential customers via a provided list or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

• Calling potential customers using provided list to sell products.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

• Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.

• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs.

• Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system.

• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

• Go the extra mile to meet sales a and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

What You’ll Bring:

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone.

• Able to proficiently use a computer, and easily learn the systems used by the company.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in English

• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Pay: Up to 50k a year with bonuses
