Project Accountant needed for transportation company !

Project Accountant administrator you will be:

  • Sets up new projects incl supplements, adjusting budgets, updating end dates, and entering project in Vision, Costpoint, and Contract Budget Forecast.
  • Prepares AP/AR for processing to corporate and review documents for billing terms/conditions.
  • Prepare subconsultant agreements and maintain Certificate of Ins for company, subconsultants, and subcontractors.

Project Accountant administrator requirements:

  • Prefer someone with transportation industry exp
  • Knowledge of municipal, city, state, and federal billing practices desired (incl Certified Payroll, Waivers of Lien, and electronic invoice submittals)
  • Willing to train someone with right background
  • Minimum of Associates Degree, technical school certificate, or 10 years job-related experience.
  • Prefer a Bachelors in Accounting or similar field.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
