Paws & Play Pet Resort & Training Center, Westchester County’s most exciting pet care business, is looking for an Enthusiastic Inside Salesperson. We’re family owned and operated and have been providing superior pet care since 2011. We’re proud winners of the “Best of Westchester” awards for Best Pet Boarding, Doggie Day Care, Dog Trainer, and Pet Groomer by Westchester Magazine for the last 8 years.

We provide professional training that will improve your skills and increase your confidence in this position!

The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!

Duties

• Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
• Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
• Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons

Some inside sales success preferred. Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, reservation agent, and phone sales representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
