Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist with intelligence community experience to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent information management skills, communication, writing, and business skills.

The candidate selected will represent Radiance as an onsite data entry specialist at the Missiles and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) and will work closely with the government customer to refine and test features developed for an analytic tool spear-headed by Radiance. This tool is aimed at improving analytic efficiency for command, control, communications, and computers (C4) analysis and production for assigned geographic portfolios therefore C4-related experience would be beneficial. Additionally, this candidate will provide continuous reach-back to our off-site Radiance team of software developers to provide recommendations for feature improvements.

The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multi-source analysis using classified and unclassified research tools and methods. This position requires the selected candidate to work effectively in a team environment, on-site and to capture and execute customer requirements.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in (analysis and/or reporting) supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in C4 or weapon system analysis
• Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis

• Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
