Therapy Healthcare Recruiter

Looking for a Talented Healthcare Recruiter to manage our Physical, Occupational, Speech, Respiratory and MDS coordinator/assessor recruitment operations.

Therapy Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities will include:

• Developing candidate pool, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
• Recruit and source using a variety of tools to include: internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, coordinate Open House events, etc.
• Developing rapport and positive first impressions with candidates
• Coordinating with onsite SNF managers to schedule onsite or virtual interivews
• Close offers and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process
• Tracking and trending of Open positions and Hires
• Quality improvmeent of Recruitment department
• Attend and recruit at conferences
