Your Role

As a Strategist intern, you will provide entry-level support to the Shopper Strategy team.You will provide research that informs the strategic planning process and day-to-day strategy development across shopper profiles, shopping journey assessments, and apply other tools and models to advance internal and external shopper understanding.

What you’ll do:

• Work in partnership with Senior Strategists to support the full lifecycle from conception and proposal through creative briefing, production and insights reporting
• Learn to analyze digital campaigns and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing marketing strategy, marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness
• Participate in all aspects of measurement assessment, planning, implementation, and analysis.
• Assist in conducting primary and secondary research to develop POVs

• You can be a rising senior, recent graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Originate and edit presentations to create excitement
• Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Program Duration and Details:

• Hybrid Internship (minimum of 1-2 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)
• 10-week internship program from 6/6/2023-8/15/2023
• The hourly rates for our internship positions are $20-23/hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience
