Title: Sales Intake Specialist (Disability Resource Center Claims Specialist I)

Position Summary:

As a Sales Intake Specialist, you will balance your work day between servicing customers on inbound calls and managing your case load inventory. You will guide the customer through an evaluation process to determine eligibility for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Your focus will be on creating a positive, lasting impression through excellent customer service, sales, education and relationship building techniques.


You will need to have:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple computer software programs and using a variety of resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
  • A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve.

Schedule:

  • Three weeks of paid, interactive training, followed by a supportive mentor program.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Department Hours: 7:00 am CST – 5:30 pm CST
  • Remote: Arizona, Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Florida
  • Pay: $15-20.72/hour plus incentives
  • Top performers earn $2700, on average, in monthly incentives!
