What Are We Doing?

Capere Search Solutions is searching for recent high school/ college graduates or professionals who are looking for something different, and want to get their feet wet in the "real world" of sales. We have multiple actively hiring clients in tech, insurance, and digital marketing that want young, exciting, driven individuals to take part in world class training grow their sales talents.

There is no prior experience within sales necessary, but the characteristics of someone who is willing to learn and grind!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
