This position is only for individuals with specialized training in treating betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, and couples. Ideal candidate will be trained in one of the following modalities: EMDR, EFT, ASSECT, IFS, Gottman, or CSAT therapist.
LPC, MSW, LMFT, LP, LLC/LLPC Only! Due to billing supervision requirements, no limited licensed applicants will be considered unless it is for a LLC/LLPC.
Candidate must live in Michigan and have a Michigan license. This is non negotiable.
We offer our Independent Contractors:
-65/30 split for fully licensed (15 HR week requirement)
- 60/40 split for limited licensed clinicians (15 HR week requirement billing/site placement supervision included)
- Fee splits are not based on work production or quotas
- You set your schedule
- All your clients can leave with you (if you ever decide to leave)
- $50 late cancellation fees go directly to the therapists except for $10 (48 hour cancellation policy)
- Contractual cuts for no show appointments (billing rate of $140)
- No non compete clause-so you can work for multiple companies at the same time
