We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Sourcer to source, shortlist, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of open positions in our company. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments and organizing interviews between the prospects and the Hiring Managers.

As a Recruiting Sourcer, we expect you to address the candidates’ queries and issue suggested paperwork. You will also support the HR Manager with developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to streamline our hiring process. Besides determining the requirements for hard-to-fill positions, you will help facilitate and communicate needed requisitions and status updates.

Our ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with different sourcing techniques and be familiar with contemporary hiring platforms, such as LinkedIn or Indeed. You must have excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills. The ability to interpret recruitment analytics and track recruitment metrics are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support various stages of the recruitment process and identify, assess, interview, and shortlist candidates for open vacancies.
  • Conduct background checks and evaluate background info to help senior management determine which candidates are a suitable fit for the desired role.
  • Correspond with candidates and give them timely updates regarding their application.
  • Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements and post job ads on popular hiring platforms and forums.
  • Help the HR Manager with onboarding new hires and address their queries regarding the company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Sourcer.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a relevant field preferred
  • Familiarity with best HR practices and latest recruitment practices
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Excel
  • Solid grasp of HR databases and CMS (candidate management system)
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
