Software Product Manager

This position will work closely with our solution development teams to help define, plan, and execute our software solution roadmap for on the OneStream Solution Exchange. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is eager to make a significant impact on our solution offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution development, marketing, and sales, to gather and prioritize solution requirements.
  • Assist in defining solution vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for solution growth and differentiation.
  • Create and maintain detailed solution documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Assist in managing the solution backlog and prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of solution requirements.
  • Track and monitor solution performance, using data-driven insights to inform solution decisions and improvements.
  • Assist in coordinating solution releases, ensuring a smooth go-to-market strategy and seamless user experience.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to inform future solution enhancements.
  • Must be hands-on and willing and able to deeply learn the OneStream XF platform and related MarketPlace Solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in software product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow within the product management field.
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange or ServiceNow is preferred.
