Based on experience and education, new hires in this position are expected to start between $18.16-$19.41 an hour.

We have a Pharmacy Technician opening in our Mount Prospect facility, where you will be able to excel in a complex, high impact customer service role that positively impacts the lives of others. In this role you will be responsible for performing the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. As a Pharmacy Technician you will also be cross-trained in other functions such as the packing of mail order prescriptions including automated and manual drug dispensing. This also includes the loading of automated dispensing machines, verification, packaging and delivery of prescription drug orders.

Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3pm to 1:30am and Sundays 2pm to 12:30am

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed
• Colleague will be required to travel when needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to apply for a Illinois Pharmacy Technician License

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal Pharmacy Technician training
• Pharmacy Technician experience

Education

• Verifiable High School Diploma or equivalent experience
