Job Description: Marketing Specialist - Appointment Setter (Houston, TX) for Mint Condition of Houston, part of the regional leader in the franchising of commercial office cleaning.

Work from home part-time (20-25 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm CST (flexible hours), $15 per hour plus commission structure.

We are looking for an incredibly motivated individual who is searching for something more than a typical office job. As our Marketing Specialist - Inside Sales you will use your skills in building relationships to set appointments for our goal driven outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Set appointments with the decision maker for our outside Sales Team
• Update all records in the company’s CRM with accurate and complete information. This will include using our auto-dialer, and updating status of leads accurately, etc.
• Utilize our script and sales process when speaking with potential customers
• Properly explain our services to prospective customers

Requirements:

• Must have an outgoing, friendly, personality
• Cannot be afraid of or deterred by the word “no”
• Be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well independently with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Strong professional communicator via phone and email
• Strong organization skills
• Professional phone voice and phone etiquette
• Positive attitude, initiative, self-motivation and can work independently with little guidance
• Dependable
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills

You will receive paid training on our business model and CRM system and utilize our call leads, proven scripts and staff support to achieve success.

This position requires a phone, computer, and high-speed internet.

Job Type: Part-time
