We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of the North American Automation and Loyalty programs. Main responsibilities including executing marketing automation flows and loyalty program email campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Your responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continually develop our automated workflows, including Welcome Series, Post-Purchase Flow, Abandon Cart/Browse, and other email flows as needed for the North American market (United States and Canada).
- Update and execute email campaigns within automated flows, including asset briefing, campaign building, QA, flow implementation, and reporting.
- Plan and execute email campaigns for the loyalty program, including asset briefing, campaign building, QA, scheduling, and reporting.
- Implement testing plan and regular reporting on key metrics, utilizing insights to optimize emails and flows to drive audience engagement and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate on email content ideation in alignment with the North American marketing plan and brand guidelines, adapting automation and loyalty communications as needed.
- Ensure daily that automated flows are functioning correcting, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions for issues that may arise.
- Research the latest marketing automation practices and strategies.
- Assist as needed with fixes and optimizations to other email marketing campaigns.
Your qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation.
- Experience with automated email flows for an e-commerce retailer.
- Experience with email loyalty programs for an e-commerce retailer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of best-practice marketing automation practices and strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SFCC a plus.
