Legal Assistant and Front Office Manager
We are searching for a Legal Assistant/ Front Office Manager to provide administrative support in a busy, fast-paced law firm that focuses on family law and criminal defense. This position is in-office. Our firm is family-owned and operated, placing us in a unique position to serve other families navigating tough times and sensitive situations. The work is interesting, challenging and rewarding. The office is located in an old mid-century modern home that we are in the process of renovating.
Pay: $18.00- $22.00/ hour depending on experience

This position requires professional demeanor and superior phone etiquette; discretion and confidentiality; responsibility; punctuality, reliability; good organizational skills; excellent grammar, spelling, reading, writing and computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and reliable transportation. Experience in a law office is strongly preferred.
*Strong People skills, and C-suite assistant background is a plus.
Major Responsibilities:
-Compile and monitor the daily schedule, maintain calendar of events, project deadline and agendas. Review incoming correspondence for important dates, establish email/agenda follow-up, compose response letters and assist with emails, calls, and other correspondence.
· Coordinate, support and aid with all aspects of running the front office of the law firm, including meeting scheduling, client requests, mail distribution, drafting documents, managing email communications, data entry, and ensuring accurate/timely follow up.
· Greeting clients for in-person and zoom meetings.
· Process and track invoices and billing.
· (1) provide administrative support to one attorney (2) file documents with the courts, (3) coordinate calendars and discovery, and (4) any other related other duties.

3-5 years of experience as a general accountant or financial analyst. Prepare core monthly and quarterly Real Estate financial reports, including portfolio
Provides environmental investigation and remediation contract oversight. Reviews environmental investigation and remediation project schedules.
Support DAS troubleshooting during the maintenance window, including collaboration and communication with Mobile Network Operators and Neutral Host venues.
