The LaFayette Hotel is looking for housekeeping staff including room attendants, house persons, laundry attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and public area attendants.

The Hotel Will be re-opening in June 2023.

The LaFayette Hotel will be a new kind of Hotel in San Diego, located in North Park a neighborhood that has strong local idiosyncratic characteristics, the LaFayette has been a landmark in the neighborhood for the past 70 years, and we are currently investing $30 million into a re-birth that can juxtapose its history with modern-day San Diego, years in the making…We want to challenge preconceived notions in our industry and push the needle in our city, not only in terms of hotels but in the ways that culture can intersect with hospitality.

We want people willing to learn and willing to teach us. Our work is personal, and life is too short to work with people you don’t like or respect. The right person is a multidisciplinary thinker and optimist with some back-end operational sophistication to help us keep the numbers upright.
