Healthcare Assistant Account Manager

Pay rate: $85,000
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Healthcare security management role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Must have or be able to obtain IAHSS basic, advanced and supervisor certification within six months of employment
Must obtain IAHSS Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) within one (1) year of employment

As a Hospital Security Account Manager, you will perform a variety of functions that may include: managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account, supervising security officers and supervisors and assisting with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of staff, members, and visitors at the Healthcare Facility. The successful candidate will proactively identify problems and quickly implement appropriate solutions, ensure the safety of the Healthcare premises and direct and monitor performance of security officers in a friendly and professional manner.
Allied Universal is looking to hire an Assistant Account Manager. The Assistant Account Manager job is responsible for assisting the Account Manager with all supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post in accordance with post orders and client instructions, and following all internal procedures. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driveras License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
