Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-store customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works directly with customers service team or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate stocking levels of products.
  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure that product has shipped correctly.
  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to any inventory shortages or issues are communicated properly.
  • Works with production team to obtain replacement parts and ship them correctly.
  • Inspects product quality and monitor inventory levels
  • Assists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunities
  • Works store openings and special sales events as required
  • Prepares various reports and maintains records as required
  • Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of administrative duties.
  • Minimum of one year of customer services experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
