As an Collision Refinish Sales Account Manager, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share.

  • Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. We are looking for a solid 'hunter'!
  • Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services.
  • Managing existing relationships and develop new ones.
  • Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and customer relations; preferably in the Collision Refinish industry.
  • Leveraging your professional sales experience, you will retain business and drive sales growth in the Kansas City, MO, Wichita, KS, Salina, KS, Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA markets.
  • Demonstrating your strong interpersonal skills, you will increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing business.
  • Your robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills will be a valued asset as you manage existing relationships and develop new ones.
  • Using your extensive experience in the automotive refinish experience or in a related sales field, you will establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License in good standing (Required)
