CLINICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an engaging, positive, quick study who’d like to break into healthcare operations and become a Clinical Operations Specialist!

We are looking for a self-motivated, quick learner who is team-focused with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will work hand in hand with a team of other Specialists and Managers, and does not require industry specific knowledge. We are dedicated to equipping new team members with a robust chiropractic education and will support in continual development as they begin assuming role responsibilities. Some of the primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop project timelines and manage project work to streamline, automate, and improve clinical processes. This includes learning proficiency in current systems, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft systems.
• Ability to identify and summarize trends to make tactical and strategic decisions.
• Develop content and conduct detailed programs for clinical systems and processes.
• Serve as on-site training supervisor—developing culture-rich relationships remotely, becoming proficient in basic review lesson plans to fill in time zone difference sections and/or during technical difficulties, facilitating exercises and mocks to be done in person, keeping engagement and participation high, checking in/out equipment, administering trainee terminations.
• Serve as a mentor and facilitator of new hire learning and continued development, as well as giving guidance/support to managers in the field on how to best onboard new hires. Perform clinical assessments on new hires that measure their ability to deliver exceptional patient care through scheduling, exercise rehab delivery, exam precision, etc.
• Perform rotational on-call duties to coordinate short-notice call offs and coordinate with staffing manager to manage fill-in staff schedules, key sign outs, equipment sign outs.
• Complete operational preparation for new hire classes.
• Other work as assigned and needed by the Operations team.

Required Education & Experience:

• High School or G.E.D
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other apps
• Bachelor’s degree (field of study)
• Wellness, Chiropractic, or Clinical Experience
• Certified as a Trainer
• 3 years of previous clinical experience
• 2-4 years of management experience
• Experience in a clinical or sales role
• Confirmed proficiency presenting in front of other groups
• Shown leadership progressing within a teaching field
• Proven ability to inspire change within their organization
• The ability to travel approx. 35% of time
