Client Success Manager

We are looking for a bright, friendly, organized and detail-oriented Superstar to help manage client projects and workflow in our growing dental marketing company.

The Client Success Manager (similar to an account executive or project manager) will be the primary contact for our clients around the country. You will collect and distribute project materials to our production team, maintain the project scope, keep the production team on-task and on-schedule, prepare regular production reports, and keep our clients up-to-date on the status of their respective projects. In many ways, our clients will see you as the day-to-day face of our company (we have a wonderful reputation in the industry for being responsive and friendly).

This position is based in Provo, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

We will train you on our project management software we use, but are also hoping you have the following skills and experience:

• Understand web design principals
• Comfortable using and learning software
• Solid organizational and record-keeping skills
• Time management skills are a must
• Excellent memory
• Great phone voice
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Good with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Drive, etc.
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work with different personalities
• Project management experience is a plus
• Ability to build a consensus
• College degree required
