Job Title: Claims Auditor/ Quality Auditor

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

This role is supporting the migration to the new FACETS platform.

Candidates need to have strong communication skills and the ability to provide negative and positive constructive feedback.

Candidates need to have a minimum of 1-year AMISYS experience as they will be auditing the current AMISYS platform.

Nice to have experience with Amisys system. The role will be for membership, service, and claim.

Performs quality audits of all operational procedures for the department.

Addresses inquiries received from internal and external customers.

Provides cross-functional support for operational functions, which may include needs assessment, developing training, one-on-one coaching and feedback, trending, or complex root cause analysis. Provides objective feedback and recommends corrective actions and process improvements resulting in improved quality of customer service, and improved efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Required to have expert knowledge in multiple dimensions.

High School Diploma or GED.

6 years Operations experience OR College degree and 2 years of the above listed experience or 2 years’ experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality Auditor: 2 years (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
• AMISYS: 1 year (Preferred)
• FACETS: 1 year (Preferred)
