Do you want to join a thriving group practice and gain quality experience and supervision/training? We are hiring associate therapists who are available to work evenings and weekends. Must have at least 1000+ hours toward licensure. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in an autonomous, flexible work environment, structured learning and passionate about helping people through psychotherapy.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time therapist who is willing to work 3 evenings or 2 evenings + 1 weekend shift, totaling 24 hours if part-time or 30 hours if full-time. MUST BE ABLE TO COME INTO THE Anaheim FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS 1 day a week (8 am-3 pm).

Position Overview: Associate Therapist will provide outpatient individual, family, couple, and/or group therapy to patients of Abundance Therapy Center. Therapy services include the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are currently looking for therapists who work with couples, children, teens, and adults, who are committed to providing quality mental health care, collaborative, and ready to be a part of a well-established and collaborative team. Qualifications and Skills:

• Align with Abundance Therapy Center's mission and vision.
• Must be punctual in reporting to work.
• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
• Registered with the BBS as an Associate MFT or Social Worker in the State of CA. A copy of registration must be provided to Abundance Therapy Center.
• Available to complete 20 patient sessions per week if part-time and 25 patient sessions per week for full-time, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Abundance Therapy Center.
• At least one-year of experience in providing therapy post-graduation.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a private practice setting highly preferred.

Pay: $36.00 - $48.00 per hour
