Advocacy Solutions is a growing and diverse company. We help individuals throughout the United States receive Social Security Disability Payments.

Our growing Agent Team is looking for individuals who are self motivated, can work on their own in their own home, and are competitive. In this position youll take the lead role in delivering an outstanding customer service experience to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive all inbound calls for potential disability clients
  • Read verbatim scripted questionnaires to confirm eligibility
  • Ability to type and talk while using a hands free headset

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree Required
  • Minimum 2 years of phone experience
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Professional communication skills over the phone and with co-workers and supervisors
  • Previous telecommuting/remote work experience is a plus
  • Must be able to multitask and be proficient in the use of todays technology
  • Must have a desk, chair and basic essentials to work from home
  • Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions
  • Must have your own/personal high speed internet ** you cannot use WiFi **


Work Schedules: (Eastern Standard Time Zone)

  • Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am 6pm EST
  • Full time position (40 hours a week with 2 days off)
